My dog Mr. Quincy is a rescue pet, he really enjoys chasing cats and just about anything that will run. I am asking the Obama Administration to sign an Executive Order recommending that Mr. Quincy's mom allow him to have a cat as a playmate. Mr. Quincy is a half Pomeranian and half Yorkie, he would not hurt the cat, but it would give him something to occupy his time with while I am not home.
