Proposed executive order:
Higher education institutions must provide an official and detailed transcript to all current and former students within a ten day time period from the student's or former student's date of request. No student or former student can be denied access to official and unofficial transcripts based on their current financial status at the particular institution where the request is being made. No additional charges, demands, or challenges may be placed on a student based on their financial status.
No institution may remove a student from a class or course based on financial standing after the class or course start date.
An institution’s failure to comply will result in the elimination of all federal loan, grant, and research funding.
