sign an executive order suspending any further raises for Congress members until they balance the budget.

In the best interest of maintaining a sound financial foundation for these great United States and the inability of Congress to accomplish this goal, I believe that by curtailing any future pay raises until such time as they balance the budget, would encourage them to more diligently work toward that end and therefore encourage the President of the United States, with the powers granted to him, sign an executive order requiring Congress to balance the budget before they are allowed to vote themselves another pay raise.
