Sign an Executive Order which prevents the illegal detention and denial of due process to citizens of the United States

An executive order is desired that will make null and void Section 1021(b)(2) of the National Defense authorization act and will protect American citizens from this egregious violation of our civil rights which are clearly outlined in the fourth, fifth, and fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America
