Sign executive orders

I believe the president should write executive orders banning the flu and that will stop all flu related deaths in the nation. Heck, let's go a step further and ban driving while impaired because you know if its illegal no one will do it. What the heck, "shoot the moon" excutive orders banning drugs we can stop all this drug violence in Mexico and in the US if we just do that.
