Sign House Bill 1831, The Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2011 Into Federal Law

Created by M.A. on November 09, 2012

President Obama Sign House Bill 1831, The Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2011, would exclude low potency varieties of marijuana from federal prohibition into Federal Law.

If approved in the existing Farm Bill and Signed by President Obama into Federal Law, this measure will grant state legislatures the authority to license and regulate the commercial production of hemp as an industrial and agricultural commodity.

UK and Chinese Hemp strains contain near ZERO THC quantity and are worthless for any recreational drug or medical THC use.

Any citation claiming any useful or even partial THC in commercial Hemp strains as the reason to deny ratification is utterly absurd and totally baseless as found in the UK and other nations that looked at the data and came to the same conclusion.
