We have way too much testing for kids, and none for high-ranking government officials. How about a yearly test for members of Congress, in the areas of foreign policy, reading for meaning, environmental issues, nonpartisan leadership skills, and critical thinking.
Scores below 70% would require the member to study the material and retake the test for each item answered incorrectly.
