Us and Australia are the only two countries who have not signed the Kyoto Protocol.
Global Warming is a serious and everpresent issue that will continue to worsen unless major changes in our environment are made.
The Protocol calls for the reduction of 55% of carbon emissions,which would begin to resolve some of our environmental struggles.
Recently the Protocol was amended, being that the first Protocol ended this year, and they are hoping to reduce those former levels of emissions by 18%.
Again we have yet to sign onto this modified Protocol,and I think for the good of the world and for the sake of environmental sustainability, we should sign it.
