Hostess Brands will sell its popular brands, 33 bakeries, 565 distribution centers, approximately 5,500 delivery routes and 570 bakery outlet stores throughout the United States and save 18,500 jobs for $100 million. It comes with 25% ownership and representation on its Board of Directors.
The United States of America gave CIT Group $3,000,000,000.
This petition is to request the same courtesy of a bailout to Hostess Brands (with ownership) in helping save 18,500 jobs that will collect $99,900,000 next year in unemployment benefits alone (not including medicaid, food stamps, etc) without a bailout!
