Sign the National Petition for Justice in Indian Country.

Created by T.F. on September 24, 2011

Dear President Obama, Members of Congress, Governor's & State Leaders,

We, the People for Justice, request that you review and act upon the enclosed petition on behalf of neglected citizens in Indian Country. By reason of policy mistakes and sustained federal negligence, our Indian brothers and sisters who are subject to tribal jurisdictions have been kept permanently in a state of second-class citizenship – never enjoying the full rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States. Federal law, by preserving a political relationship between the tribes and government of the United States, has also inserted that political relationship as a barrier to Indian citizens benefiting from the rights of United States citizenship.
