Sign a new executive order concerning campaign contributions. Taxation without representation all over again.

We the people of these United States of America went to war against the British crown for taxation without representations. So can anyone please explain how we the people our represented if the corporations can throw endless amount of money into campaigns. So how can we the people feel represented. Our elections have become a joke and voter turnout has continued to drop because most citizens our now under the believe that their vote does not matter when the elected official is in the pocket of corporations. That is why we our requesting President Obama to issue an executive order: That all campaign contributions over the amount of $10,000 must be match and placed to a public emergency fund. Congress would never pass such a law. That is why an executive order is needed. Please help
