We petition president Obama to expeditiously sign the order to execute Maj. Nidal Hasan as a traitor to the U.S. Military, and a combatant against the United States in it's war against terrorism. Maj Hasan has been found guilty of his crimes by a Tribunal of Military justice. There are no reasonable doubts as to his involvement or intent. To drag out the sentencing by years of appeals and posturing would only serve to encourage similar acts by his compatriots. The U.S. Has not actually executed a Military traitor in the past 61 years, although several remain on "Death Row" awaiting appeals or further reviews. To allow this traitor to remain on earth any longer than necessary is an affront to the families of the military and civilian personnel that he so cowardly murdered.
