This new initiative will provide for human, financial and procedural resources to systematically best-represent regions, groups and ideas by allowing one daily United States citizen above the age of 13 or with parental consent the ability to video conference online with the President of the United States of America for a one-on-one conversation about ideas the citizen has for Change. This web stream will not only be collected by whitehouse.gov, but may be listed in a public database of all streams of past winners of the daily award. The citizen chosen will be elected for their daily "term," in reality a minimal amount of time such as five minutes, based on community initiatives for local government to select award winners based on community input and participant effort/integrity.
