The working holiday visa program helps to reduce the job supply sought after by illegal immigrants, it introduces foreign immigrants to US citizens and US citizens to people to foreign lands. And the program does the same for US citizens interested in traveling abroad. The US is one of only industrialized nations to not participate in this wonderful program. Please change that.
