Significantly Increase NASA's Funding

For too long we have stripped the budget of NASA. For too long, they have gone without sufficient funding yet still manage to produce magnificent discoveries about space and its wonders. Imagine what NASA could do with proper funding. Imagine the magnificence, space, our solar system, our galaxy, the whole universe, has to offer.
It is theorized now, that there is water ice still on Mars. What if we could find it. What if there is life on Mars that defies everything we thought we knew about life itself? What if the scientists are right about Titan and once again we find that life exists in a shape other than our own.
NASA deserves more funding than it gets, and we the people, should have the right to say so. May we discover what has yet to be discovered; and may we prosper.
