significantly raise Military pay.

Created by J.S. on November 27, 2012

I believe that we the people, as AMERICANS, have the moral obligation to treat not only our U.S. Veterans with the utmost respect, but also respect and take care of our current Active Duty soldiers.

The men and women that fight to protect this country and risk their lives day after day do not do it for the money, but that does NOT mean that money isn't a problem.

A private just entering the U.S. Military earns around $17,000 year. A Staff Sergeant with SIX YEARS of service in the U.S. Military only makes around $34,000 a year.

The average factory worker can make more than $30,000 a year, and they don't risk their lives everyday.

We need to do something about this, America.

Our soldiers deserve better.

They deserve to be able to take care of themselves and their family.
