Why doesn't the Post Office collect resident's email address and just email junk mail and other mail?
Save some taxpayer money and possibly save their "business" model. It is 2013, why are we getting paper delivered to a box by a human?
The reduction in overhead would allow them to continue to prefund their future retiree health benefits over 10 years which was made mandatory by Congress and become operationally sustainable.
