Significantly reduce our nuclear arsenal from 4800 and update the computers and security at nuclear facilities.

America has over 4800 nuclear warheads. It has been demonstrated that:

The number of warheads is greater than we can safely control.

There have been far too many incidents in which these weapons have been mishandled.

The computers controlling these weapons are outdated (still using floppy disks in at least some scenarios!).

The facilities housing these weapons are in need of updates and repairs.
