Cut the $7 billion "Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Expensing" completely over the next 3 years.
It isn't just the cost which we all pay in taxes but rather the activities this subsidy promotes. It promotes the production and consumption of fossil fuels further which only stand to harm the wildlife, the communities and the employees who spend any time near or around oil sites.
