Signing the right to secede is constitutional, and a first amendment right. Exile is not an option for these citizens.

Anyone saying that the people who wished to secede should be exiled or deported are going against everything this country stands for.
It was the 13 colonies who seceded from England in 1776, the south from the north in 1861, its the states who want to secede from a tyranical washington d.c. now in 2012.
