Simple Recycle BIll

This bill is extremely simple. The bill will require each store and restaurant that makes over an average of $1,000.00 a day in the course of one month to have a recycle bin of each type. There will be one for paper, one for plastic, one for cans, and one for glass. After, there will be a pickup of each material at every location provided by the government. Once the items are picked up from every location and brought to a facility, the recycle process will begin and the materials will strictly be used for manufacturing products within the United States. This would help make manufacturing in the United States cheaper and create more jobs This bill does not have to be complex and it could easily be written on just one page with clear and simple English.
