The current Federal Internship program (Pathways) lumps together youth internships with federal jobs. This makes it nearly impossible to sort through all of the postings to find internships. By separating the internships from the regular jobs in the listings it will be vastly easier to search them. This is any easy fix which will cost next to nothing, but will increase accessibility and provide more students with the invaluable experience of an internship.
