International graduate students are accepted to the prestigious universities in the US because of their talents and hard work. Hence, more than half of the researchers, especially in the STEM fields, "brain of US", come from abroad. But each time when some renew their F1 visas and return to the US there is so called the "security check", which badly delays research work and discourages foreign talents coming to the states. Set aside the effectiveness on finding potential "terrorists", it is a bit ridiculous that a PhD student needs to wait for weeks sometimes even months for safety clearance every time he/she returns US after new year holiday in home country. Here I request the administration to simplify the procedures and improve the overall visa application for foreign talents.
