Simplify the tax code, allow individuals to choose which public services their money goes to.

Created by J.K. on November 26, 2014

Simplify the current federal tax code. Have a flat tax for everyone. Everyone pays noone gets credits. Change the current W4 document to include a section that allows an individual to select from different categories of services, that they actually want to fund. Citizens should be able to indicate what percentage of their income tax they want applied to each category. The primary categories should be; Defense, Research, and Social Services. Then the bureaucrats can squabble over how to spend the money on such services, once it is applied to said service. This gives us the people, the choice to where our tax money should be spent, instead of the government making the decision. We will see how people actually want THEIR tax dollars spent.
