In the name of Rule of Law, and basic human fairness. We simply ask that the Justice department prosecute criminal acts in the financial industry in the same manor that the DEA prosecutes drug offenders, or the FBI prosecutes interstate criminals.
The American people can have no faith in the government or organizations like the SEC is they decide that some institutions are "too big" to obey the rule of law.
