Simply provide the Native People with the settlement they are due from the Indian Trust Settlement (Cobell)

The people handling the Trust settlement have no motivation and seemingly no intention of ever paying it. They have claimed the the calculations are so complicated it will take months to figure them out, sorry Mr. President, please make them aware that there are machines called computers expressly made for that purpose. They claim they can't do anything until we are all identified... wasn't a bunch of money already spent and a deadline expressed prior to the first payment being made? They claim there are 2,000+ appeals are being made that need to be heard and there is no cap on any new ones. Really? Again I seem to recall there was a deadline made and long since passed. The settlement has become their precious and they will not give it up. Mr. President and staff, please expedite this now
