We respect the sovereign right of our beloved government to grant or refuse visa to any person. We do not believe that it is appropriate to use allegations or anything less than due legal process to make a subjective judgement to question a Constitutional authority in India.
Mr. Modi is the Chief minister of a state with 60 million people who has been elected three (3) different times since 2001 with thumping majority in a democratic election. We also must bring to your attention that Mr. Modi has not even been charged by any court of law anywhere in the world, let alone be tried and convicted. He has been independently investigated by SIT (Special Investigation Team) appointed by the Supreme Court of India.
