Single father in a Living common law acting as if they were married. Children need the father in their life, a father should have better rights and custody laws before court orders, Not everyone's case is about a dead beat dad. The single father that stays with the mother of a child and takes care of the child or children and the unmarried mother decides to leave after 2 years and if no domestic violence is involve and he has been primary care giver and took care of the child more than the mother, we should applaud him for being a loving father, especially if he tries to make the relationship work. The law should be if a single father has been primary caregiver and giving that child a healthy environment he should be awarded, with equal rights and have joint custody until court.
