We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Single Issue Act

Created by B.H. on July 08, 2016

I recommend a change to the process of bills that are passed. This change would be one that is very simple and actually make it very easy to pass bills into law.
Every bill that is put up for vote is limited to only a single issue. Meaning that there will not be any other items attached to the bill in order to have a compromise by our elected officials. I also recommend that the bills be limited to a number of pages that all elected official will be able to read the bill themselves in a reasonable amount of time.
Pros: You will now be able to read every bill. You will not have any reason to negotiate, it is a simple yes or no. It will be better for the country as there will be less infighting between the parties.
Cons: The will be no negotiating by way of adding things to a bill.
