Too many issues either fail or pass carrying with them a bunch of other jibber jabber not applying to the main issue. There are too many issues going on behind the real issue and we at times throw the baby away with the bath water or take on needless projects just to get the best one through. Congress needs to grow up and learn to work together for the betterment of all and forget their individual projects.
