Single Payer Health Care systems provide the lowest cost care and can cover all persons universally which is a weakness of PPACA with State Insurance Exchanges.
Government administrative costs are lowest as with Medicare.
All citizens would be covered without penalties and fines for avoiding insurance exchanges.
It would enable Social Security and Medicare eligibility ages to be raised and reduce the deficit facing these programs under 'Obamacare".
It does not affect hospitals or for whom doctors work.
People can have supplemental private insurance to cover particular situations.
It can allow for states to have more freedom to explore various models for their application.
