Single Term Presidency 5 years no re-election

this petition would allow for the citizens of the united states to vote on a proposal to adjust the presidency's term limit to 1 term but extend it to 5 years with no re-election. Currently a president spends a portion of his first term getting up to speed with everything then spends way to much of his time during that first term trying to get re-elected. So if we limit to a 5 year single term maybe our president can spend all of his time running the country as his position was intended. If the country likes the way he is running things and the direction we are going then the vice president could run for his own term as president.
