sit with the governors of each state to create a uniform concealed carry permit that is valid in every state

This permit would ensure that every individual has the right to carry,for their protection a concealed weapon, while traveling. Also this petition is asking that the federal government step in and repeal all unconstitutional state and city laws that unjustly prevent citizens of the United States of America from exercising their 2nd amendment right, as stated below.
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
