We the people of Puerto Rico, we agree on tax board to ensure resources and manage the public service destination and dept. By the mishandling of the same for more 30 years we are the people paying the consequences of the dismal state of the island and the corruption of public and state funds, we believe that an external control we can give confidence to solve the serious problems of the island and take path to a promising new destination. We are tired of empty by partisan political team promises to deceive the people and everything is nothing, right now unemployment, health services, education and general well-being is questioned by the majority of the people of Puerto Rico. We hope that our voice is heard. Thanks.
