(Ali Najm abdulhussein allami) is Iraqi Engineer. He lives in Iraq with his wife and their two kids. We worked together to build a police station in Iraq with US construction Company. He worked with other US Construction Companies as well.
He applies to SIV Program (Special Immigration Visa for Iraqis who worked with US gov. in Iraq) and his interview was on January 10, 2012, more than two years ago and he's waiting to get the VISA to start his new life here in Unites states. Every time he ask about his application, the answer is ( the application is under administration processing).
We know many friends who applied even after him and got their visas already.
I'm asking if there is any way he can get his visa and leave the dangerous life he's living right now.
