I sincerely request you Sir to call the head of USCIC and request them to move the waiting line for India's skilled immigrants who are waiting in line for more than 10 years now. They can easily recapture visa numbers from last 15 years, abolish this archaic rule of priority date retention when EB3 to EB2 upgrade happens, stop companies from abusing L1 and EB1C visa loopholes and give people a fair chance.
Due to country cap restrictions, Indians are currently facing a 20 year wait time. This is worse than the plight of the illegal immigrants who I think have a faster path for citizenship. Secondly, we have more family, asylum and refugee naturalization's compared to skilled workers. I think this will cause a threat to the security of this country as radical ideas cannot be vetted.
