$100,000,000,000 to Education Reform. Bring up our standards and refocus education to fit the technological age. Refocus on Science, Maths, Computers, and Language Arts.
$50,000,000,000 to Medical Research. Find a cure for Cancer, HIV, look into Developmental Disorders.
$200,000,000,000 for NASA to research and develop a cross-galaxy space vessel. Accomplishing this will solve our energy problems and enable us to mine water and gases from asteroids/planets. Would also enable us to destroy/divert extinction-causing asteroids.
Hard decision... but the right one.
