APPALLED that many of the United States of America's citizens are manipulating the welfare service, I propose that there is a slight reform. This reform would make it mandatory for people to work for the government in order to receive their welfare money and foodstamps. This proposal would not only boost the economy by creating more jobs, but also strengthen the declining American work ethic, and boost the economy.
RECOGNIZING that not all people abuse the current welfare system allows a three month free payment to help them get back on track. If they are unable to get a job they may begin work for the government to earn their welfare.
EXCEPTIONS are to be made in the cases of senior citizens, the disabled, and wounded veterans to honor them.
