I'm trying to start a Small Business in the Transportation Industry.I've tried to apply for a Grant or help from the Small Business Assocation and thru US Funding,but no one will help.I have a very strong filling that,I can't get help because I'm a White Man.They'll help if I'm something other than White or a Man.All I'm asking for is a little help,but because I'm White and a Man.I'm just lost in the system.
