In an effort to promote American economic recovery and job creation, we hereby petition that any small business (less than 50 employees) that is: (a) privately held, (b) purchases all of its goods, services, and/or raw materials 100% from domestic sources, (c) has no affiliations with any foreign vendor or distribution network, and (d) hires only U.S. citizens in its workforce, shall be given a two (2) year exemption from paying Federal payroll taxes.
