The only good state is one that doesn't exist. No matter who is in control of the organs of state power, the state will always protect the bourgeoisie. The state is coercive and we demand a society of liberty and democratic decision making. As Obama himself has said, "the nation state is a monopoly on violence". We would like to end that arrangement.
