SMIPILFY THE TAX CODE AND CREATE A FLAT INCOME TAX

The current tax code is archaic, needlessly complex, and needs to be simplified so that it can be understood by everyone. The only way to do this is to change to a Flat Income Tax. The income tax is the only tax we pay that isn't a flat tax. Its complexity invites fraud, and unintended mistakes that can bring penalties that can deprive a person of property, also life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that are constitutional guarantees.
We the people request that a Flat Income Tax be instituted to replace the current income tax code, and the amount would never exceed 10% of their gross wages. The Flat Income Tax would be paid the same as other payroll taxes, being deducted from their paychecks. No more filing. No more frustration, & no need for the IRS reigning over us.
