when I go to the grocery store it says I cant smoke within 25 feet of the store yet I see big things of spitted out dipped tobacco all over the parking lot, and all over the drinking fountains the toilets and urinals.
why is this not discouraged and banned? it spreads hepatitis b and other diseases by contaminating water and animal food supplies. my hometown of Middlesboro, Kentucky bans smoking in public but not dip. Why?
