We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Smoking in louisiana penal institutions and correctional facilities for workers.

Created by D.R. on June 14, 2016

I feel we as free citizens working for the state penal institutions should be allowed to smoke cigarettes or at the very least electronic vaporizers. The stressful level of work we do is almost impossible for a habitual smoker to pry through for 12-16 hours at a time. And it would help generate more tax revenue with the tobacco products being replaced in the canteens at facilities such as Dixon Correctional Institute in Jackson, La and the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, La.
