Currently all taxis that are in NYC that do not pass inspection are replaced by hybrid vehicles. This in return reduces the negative impact that is being done on the environment. We the people should follow suite and have all our vehicles hybrid. The only way that this can be done is that all vehicles that do not follow inspection should be replaced with hybrid and production of new vehicles should only be produced has hybrid.
