Created by L.B. on January 08, 2013

So as not to infringe on the Second Amendment - to place a $10 or other high tax an Ammunition. To separate the sale of ammunition from Gun sales. To limit the number of bullets that anyone can have at any one time to an extreme extent. To license those who make their own ammunition and conduct audits much like the IRS does with regard to taxes - for those who exceed the limit - strict sentences. To tag the components of any ammunition and require a data base to track these. To look into requiring biometrics in the future to fire a weapon. To report all ammunition purchases to a national and centralized database - with the requirement for home licensed manufacture as well. To Federalize licensing of guns and to require a high initial tax on private ownership of guns.
