Recently Facebook has adopted a policy where it asks for an official ID, that include 3 things; your birth-date, a photo of you, and your name. After submitting your "ID", Facebook says it disposes of the information, but how do we really know?It also seems that random users are being targeted, whether their account information is real or not?Think about it.If you send in an ID, but it's not valid, but still gives vital information, what do they do? Facebook clearly doesn't say ANYTHING about this, much less what they do with the information. Ever heard of identity theft?Yeah, you might be a victim, because your account was targeted, to "verify your information."Why would they need valid information in the first place?Unless Facebook is being used to get REAL information, from REAL PEOPLE.
