Social Security 2.0; Give citizens the opt out option from social security.

This petition, Social Security 2.0 will give individuals the option to opt out of social security. At this point individuals will receive a portion of the funds they have contributed social security throughout the years. With this money the individual will be able to rollover this money into other funds such as 401k/403b and IRA's. Our citizens will once again be able to control the destiny of their retirement. Many individuals from Generation "Y" feel social security will not be made available when they are ready to retire. This will allow citizens to invest their money instead of contributing to a fund that they believe will not be available when they retire. Individuals that continue to contribute to social security will be eligible to receive funds once they retire.
