Mandate the monthly formulation and publication of a consumer price index of CPI-S specifically for senior citizens for the purpose of establishing an accurate Social Security COLA for such citizens as described In H.R. 1086: CPI for Seniors Act of 2011. The experimental CPI-E (E for Elderly) can be used as it’s basis since it more accurately reflects the costs of the elderly.
