Social Security contributed by an absent parent to pay child support arrears.

Created by C.C. on March 09, 2013

A custodial parent should be allowed file a claim against social security benefits that an absent parent may be entitled to. When arrears reach a certain threshold, that should constitute some form of disability that does not allow the absent parent to find suitable work.
